Swipe down from the top and click the “cog” icon to get to the “settings” section
Click on “more networks”
Click on VPN

You may be prompted to add a pin or credentials. This is Android not the vpn

Click the “+” sign in the upper right corner
Set the following fields
- Name: Any name you want
- Type: PPTP
- Server Address:
Click Save

Go to “Settings” on your mobile phone, and select “Wireless Controls”
Select “VPN settings”
Connect to the VPN network you just set up
Enter your VPN Username*** (will usually be W\YourEmailAddress)
(example: W\johnsmith@gmail.com)

MUST BE A CAPITAL W and a BACKSLASH (NOT FRONTSLASH)

*** Some customers may have a Username in format of “johnsmith@witopia”
You can always check your Username and other things via your customer portal.
Once there is a small key-like icon on the left side of your notification bar, your phone is connected to the VPN.
